Bob brings over 30 years of experience advising institutions and individuals in the U.S. and Europe on investment and fiduciary management strategies. One of the few AIFA® holders with extensive international experience, he is the only AIFA® with both education and expertise in cybersecurity. He has served on several nonprofit boards and committees in the U.S. and Europe.

John has over 25 years of general management experience in the UK and U.S., specializing in treasury, financial risk mitigation, and global cash management for multinational manufacturing and marketing operations. He previously held senior roles at Invensys plc, a $12B global company operating in 36 countries, and served as Group Treasurer of Unitech plc, managing complex UK pension issues.

Edith S. Patterson, BA.

Board Secretary

With 30+ years of experience in board development and training, Edith helps organizations refine and communicate their value proposition. She specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and strategic communication. Edith has served on nonprofit boards, including the Junior League of Washington, D.C., and the Central Virginia Boys & Girls Club.

Edie will coordinate our client relations, board and staff education.

John Caulfield

John is an Advisor on systems engineering and intelligence operations and analysis for cybersecurity applications. Since 2018, he has been the Chief  of International Strategy, Dark Watch Inc (formerly Zero Trafficking LLC), combating human trafficking by making it difficult for traffickers to use technology and commercial entities to conduct their illicit business. He had careers as a United States Air Force officer and a Program and Line Manager for TASC Inc, Science Applications International Corporation.

John is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the University of Arizona.

Duane has over 20 years of experience in technology and security leadership in the public and private sector. Having been a founder and executive in several firms positions him well as an advisor to organizations in the security and governance sector. He holds a bachelor’s in Computer Science from Ball State University. He serves on the Privacy Advisory Group for ISACA and volunteers as a mentor with Cyversity.

Roger Levy, LLM, AIFA®

Roger L. Levy, LLM, AIFA® is CEO of Cambridge Fiduciary Services, LLC which provides services aimed at reducing the fiduciary risk for institutional investment committees, investment advisors, and asset managers, through consulting advice and assessments of their conformity with a fiduciary standard of care.

Roger earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™ designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies and is a Lead Analyst for the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX). Through this affiliation, Cambridge Fiduciary Services, LLC has performed fiduciary assessments for investment advisors, pension plans, and fund administrators and has advised investment committees on fiduciary responsibility. Mr. Levy speaks at investment conferences on fiduciary issues and publishes articles on fiduciary topics. Roger was a coauthor of an Amicus Brief filed with the US Supreme Court in support of the plaintiffs in the 2015 Tibble v. Edison International case. The US Supreme Court, in their response, provided a landmark argument in holding fiduciaries accountable for their failure to continuously monitor their plans’ investments. The case was remanded to a lower court which confirmed the SCOTUS argument in 2017; the Defendants were fined an additional $5.2 million in penalties. He is the co-author with Dr. Peter Roland of Your 401K – The Danger Within, published by Amazon. In addition, he provides best practices for consulting services to law firms engaged in ERISA litigation.
